This is specially done in tasting portions, with brunch being served from 8am till 5pm daily.


You should definitely give this smoked pepper duck a try!

Gnocchi (Pronounced with a silent G)

Pumpkin, spinach served with parmesan cheese & semi dried tomato
Though this is stated as a main dish, I strongly recommend it to be treated as a side dish and can be shared among friends.
Try it and you will know what I mean. =)

Canopy is associated with The Green Room Cafe, serving vegetarian food.
Arrangements can be made for the food from TGRC to be served at the Canopy.







If you are a fan of pork, be sure to give the pork rack a try!
Even with the thick cut of meat, it is thoroughly marinated without the meat getting overly dry.





What's brunch to end without a dessert? And we get to try 2 of the signature ones.
Personally, I prefer the homemade sticky date pudding more.
